All on-site work is governed by a separate written service agreement provided before work begins. Quotes and estimates issued through this website are non-binding until confirmed in writing.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the property owner, an authorized agent of the property owner, or otherwise authorized to request services for the property in question to use this website.

By providing your mobile phone number on any form or booking widget on this website, you expressly consent to receive transactional and informational SMS text messages from Safe Asbestos Solutions LLC related to your inquiry, quote, appointment, or service.

• Program description: SMS messages are used to confirm appointments, send reminders, share crew arrival updates, request follow-up information, and respond to your inquiries.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies. Most customers receive only a handful of messages tied to their specific service.
• Message & data rates may apply. Charges depend on your wireless plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages from us unless you opt back in.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments scheduled through our online booking widget are confirmed only after we contact you directly. We reserve the right to reschedule for weather, staffing, or safety reasons. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an inspection.
